DEBORAH ROBBIANO / FLORAL DESIGNER X GRAPHIC DESIGNER
As a multidisciplinary artist working with found or home-grown vegetal objects on floral sculptures, sets and installations. Her focus is on preserving the ephemeral state of a plant or flower longer through processes
as waxing, freezing, jellying and drying. Her work focuses on the plant entire anatomy and life-span from roots to seed heads. She allows for chance encounters to guide her process. Since 2019, her interest in the vegetal life cycles has integrated fungi and the cultivation of mycelium.
NICK VAN DE VEL / PHOTOGRAPHER
A photographer with a passion for analogue film, darkroom printing and photobooks.
LOLA PERTSOWSKY / PHOTOGRAPHER
In her work, she evokes the relationship of appropriation
that humans maintain to their environment. With an attention to detail, through photography, video and sculpture, her work tackles the idea that otherness refers to fellow human beings, as well as the other species we live with, like animals, plants and to a certain extent, the artificial.
NAOMI SUSSHOLZ / ARTIST
Currently trying to grasp something ungraspable, attempting to capture a fleeting moment or turn the immaterial into something material.
MAITE DE BIEVRE / VISUAL ARTIST x PHOTOGRAPHER X ART TEACHER
In her work, she researches different notions of subjectivity and authenticity through the medium of photography. Dedicated to questions on the photographer's remarkable absence and latent presence, she aims to emphasize this paradox by using both digital and analogue approaches during the making of a photograph.
ALINE KRAUS / PHOTOGRAPHER
She makes images that tend to combine a sense of melancholy and nostalgia. Elements that present themselves visually are mostly colored and palpable analogue photographs that naturally radiate texture and materiality. Seemingly trivial subjects such as the sea, swimming pools, a hand’s gesture, details of the human body, friends and family relations are recurring topics.
LUCAS DENUWELEARE/ VISUAL ARTIST
He has a deep interest in minimalism and photography. This results in mostly analog color and black & white pictures which exist on the border between the graphic and photographic. Next to his personal work, he also has a professional career which is
mainly focused on the registration and documentation of theater, performance, dance and classical music pieces.
BESMA BEN SAID / VISUAL ARTIST
Her work is about space and society and how they influence one another; in particular urban development. With a focus on urban informalities; reflecting on the formal and informal, she explores the defining and re-defining of spaces and the fundamental elements around place-making.
LOU VERSCHUEREN / PHOTOGRAPHER
Intimate portraits or reportage, it is with poetry and sincerity that Lou freezes the lights, colors and softness of everyday life on film.
